Put back the nutrients modern diets leave out with Beef Liver, Kidney, Heart, Spleen and Tripe.

Providing a broad range of essential vitamins and minerals including Iron, Copper, Selenium, Vitamin A, Vitamin B3 (Niacin), Vitamin B9 (Folate), Vitamin B12, Vitamin C and Choline.

Modern diets don't typically include high nutrient foods such as organ meats, and modern agriculture is producing plant based foods that don't contain nearly the same level of vitamins and minerals our grandparents enjoyed. In short, we often need to supplement but almost all store bought supplements are cheap, imported, synthetic vitamins which the body doesn't as easily recognise. This makes it harder for your body to absorb and use them efficiently.

Not many people like the taste of organ meats so this encapsulated product enables you to get the benefits without the taste!

    • Organic, grass-fed and grass-finished beef
    • Free from added hormones and antibiotics
    • Free from herbicides such as Glyphosate
    • Certified humane, high animal welfare
    • Freeze dried to lock in nutrients

Get the benefits of beef organs without the taste or the prep for less than the price of a coffee!

Take 4 capsules per day. You can take them whole, or open the capsules to mix with food or drink (e.g. in a smoothie). We recommend taking them in the morning for energy throughout the day.

    Please note:

    1. Some similar products recommend 6 capsules per day. This is fine, but is probably overkill (e.g. you do not need 540% of the RDI of B12) and it is possible to have too much vitamin A which is why we recommend 4 capsules per day.
    2. Taking supplements with coffee can interfere with the absorption of certain nutrients, we recommend a 30 minute window on either side. See FAQ for more information.

    Five organ meats

Liver, kidney, heart, spleen and tripe, for a broad spread of naturally occurring vitamins and minerals

    Real food, not synthetic

Whole-food nutrients with a lower risk of overload than isolated synthetic doses

    Bovine gelatine capsule

Easy to swallow, taken as four a day

Small capsules taken as a daily serve of four. Because they are whole food, most people find them gentle on the stomach, and there is no strong taste since the organ meat is encapsulated.

Not suitable for vegetarians or vegans, since it is beef organ meat, and it is in a bovine gelatine capsule. It contains beef liver, which is high in vitamin A, so it is not recommended in pregnancy without medical advice. As a concentrated organ supplement, take it at the stated serve alongside a varied diet, not as a meal replacement.

A freeze-dried blend of organic, grass-fed and grass-finished Australian beef liver, kidney, heart, spleen and tripe (around 100mg each), in a bovine gelatine capsule. 30 serves, 120 capsules.
